We look forward to your use of our new APC Tournament Management site for the upcoming tournament.  

The site can be accessed using the "View Tournament" button at the bottom of this message.

See below for some highlights on where you can find some of the information that the site provides to both players and spectators.

There are 6 main tabs on the site:

1. Overview - Go here to see the high-level details about the event, read priority news posts about the event and even link directly to registration when needed.
2. Registration - Go here to register for the event, modify team/player details, change skill levels, or withdraw your team from the tournament during the registration period.
3. Teams - Go here to view all teams within a specific Division (any Division in the tournament) and to see the statistics related to the Division Standings (wins/losses, winning %, average point differential)
   1. Use the filters to find the Division you want to view
   2. Use the Player Lookup feature to find the right Division for any player in the tournament
4. Schedules and Scores - Go here to view the planned and completed match schedule for a Division
   1. Use the additional filters to view data for a specific Round, a specific Pool, a specific Team
5. Playoffs - Go here to view the playoff bracket view for any Divisions that that have started the playoff segment of the event
6. News - Go here to view all News Posts that have been created related to the tournament

Arrival Times are listed below for all Divisions that are being played this weekend.  

Please arrive at or before this time to be ready for your event to start.  

We will have a Briefing Meeting 15 minutes after the scheduled Arrival Time and Matches will start immediately following the Briefing Meeting.  

All teams will be provided with a brief warm up time on the court prior to their first match of the day.

You can access the new APC Tournament Management site by clicking the "View Tournament" button below to view details on all your matches, opponents, court assignments, etc..

Note to Division Winners from the March 2025 M/W Doubles Championship Series event:

Please note that your eligibility to participate in a second iteration of the same event type (Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, or the Team event) at your local club may be affected.

Click HERE for all the details, but are a few key rules to keep in mind:

❌ No Repeat Entries at the Same Level:
If you won a Skill Level/Age Group at a specific Championship Series event, you may not enter again at that same level in another event of the same type. This ensures others have a fair chance to qualify.

✅ Play Again—At a Higher Level:
You may enter the same event type again with the same partner if you move up by 0.5 in Skill Level. This gives returning champions a chance to stay in the competition while challenging themselves and leveling up.

Welcome to the new APC Championship Series tournament management system.  We look forward to bringing all players an enhanced tournament experience through the use of this new software.  Some of the benefits members will experience within the new system are:

• Ability to see all members/teams that have registered for the event including the Skill Level and Age Group each player is registered for. 
• Ability to edit your own team prior to the registration End Date – including changing your partner, changing your Skill Level/Age group, and withdrawing your team entirely if needed. 
• Ability to monitor your team’s status on the Waitlist if your target Division was already at capacity at your time of registration. 
• More straightforward communications that automatically are emailed to all members of the team at registration and when any change is made to the team. 

We are excited to launch these new Registration-oriented features and many other features such as viewing all players’ Pool Assignments, Match Schedules, Standings, Scoring and other information as these tournament milestones are reached.

Along with these technology features, we are also responding to member feedback by expanding the Pool sizes within the tournament so that teams will have the opportunity to play against more teams during Pool Play. 

We are anxious to have returning and brand new Championship Series participants playing in this upcoming event.  We look forward to seeing you in the tournament!!
