Individual Round Robin/Ladder Events
Round Robin and Ladder events are offered on APC Club calendars on an ongoing basis. View the Events tab to view all scheduled Round Robin/Ladder events.

RSVP to attend Events
All members are welcome to RSVP to attend events that meet their Age/Gender/Skill Level.
View upcoming events on the Events tab and RSVP to attend those that fit your schedule.
Members are able to hold RSVPs for 2 Round Robin/Ladder events at a time. Once an event that a member has RSVP'd for has taken place, they can register for another session the following day.
BONUS RSVPs
All members can RSVP for events that are taking place within the next 3 days when open slots are available. If a member has 2 RSVPs on the calendar, they can RSVP for BONUS events any time within 3 days of an event when space is available.
Join the Waitlist
Members that RSVP for an event that has already reached its capacity will be placed on the Waitlist.
- If that member is cleared from the Waitlist due to a cancellation, an email will be sent to the member at the top of the Waitlist. That member will have 24 hours to confirm via a link that they want to take that slot. If not, that slot will be offered to the next member on the Waitlist.
Play in Round Robin and Ladder events
Events are designated as Round Robins or as Ladder events based on the number of courts that are dedicated to the event.
- When 2 courts are dedicated to the event, the format will be a Round Robin.
- When 3 or more courts are dedicated to an event, the format will be set up as a Ladder event.
- If a club chooses to, they can also make an event that uses 3 or more courts run as a Round Robin.
- Round Robin events are designed to rotate each member through a series of games with a different partner for each game.
- Ladder events are designed using an “Up and Down the River” methodology to mix and move people during play. Partners move up/down on designated courts and split up from their previous partner after every game to play with a different partner after every game.
- This format is designed to create competitive games among participants as winning players rise UP the Ladder and losing players fall DOWN the Ladder over the course of the event.
- Players within a Ladder event are rank ordered based on past Ladder performance to establish the pairings and court assignments for the first round of play.

Due to the low number of registration for the ladder this morning we have to cancel this ladder event. The recommended minimum is 12 sign ups and we have 10. Sorry for the inconvenience and understanding. Another note to make sure you have DUPR linked couple players still dont have a dupr linked to their Ace membership. When yes these games are not DUPR reported but to authenticate a players skill and later down the road when we host DUPR event ladder it will be required. Doing it now will save you time and once you linked you don't have to worry about it later.
